А я всю неделю спал максимум часа по четыре. Просто заснуть не мог, уж не знаю почему :( Но в Вашем случае - все понятно. Спать нужно по 8 часов. Вы спали по 12. 4 часа лишние. За два дня накопилось как раз 8 :))))
